The complex is part of a master plan community with two lakes, a greenbelt for sunset walks, 4 boat docks and 3 ramadas with picnic tables and bbq grills.

The resort style complex has a well appointed Clubhouse with private movie theater, two beautiful heated swimming pools, three spas and two fitness centers. Winter visitors gather monthly for activities at the clubhouse, and the friendliness of the community is a warm welcome to all residents.

Your one bedroom second floor condo overlooks one of the heated swimming pools/spas which is supplied with a convenient gas bbq grill steps away from your kitchen.

Nicely furnished with a queen bedroom set, linens and pool towels, computer desk for device charging (with office supplies), full kitchen appliances, Keurig coffee machine, mini chopper, crock pot, dishes, pans, recliner chair, 50" flat screen TV, washer/dryer in the unit, hair dryer and most home conveniences.

Utilities, basic cable TV and WiFi internet connection included during December through March. Water, sewer and garbage disposal included during the other months.

Within walking distance to a Fry's grocery store, half a mile from Trader Joes and close to Sprouts. Surrounded by restaurants, movie theaters, shopping and 10 minutes from the Chandler Fashion Mall. Minutes away from the Phoenix Premium Outlet Mall and the Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino.

Nearby South Mountain Park, the largest city Park in the US and one of the largest urban parks in the world supplies endless Sonoran Desert trails for mountain biking, horse riding and hiking. Sunset drives to the mountain top is a popular local activity.

The great location near the I-10/202 loop provides fast access to all Metro valley freeways, making easy access to explore the valley or excursions to Sedona, Tombstone or the Grand Canyon.

How do damage deposits work?
