Description
This waterfront vacation home is located in a quiet nature reserve, surrounded by several open undeveloped lots for extra privacy. Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with florida screen porch, and plenty of outdoor living area underneath. Master bedroom features king bed with attached bathroom. One guest bedroom features a queen bed, and the other features 2 twins that can be combined to make a king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen with attached washer/dryer combo. Beautifully decorated living and dining area (seating for 6) adjacent to screened in florida room. Additional amenities include central AC, Free Wifi and cable tv, kayaks, outdoor shower, kiddy pool with kid toys for the little ones, beautiful 50' composite dock, large fish cleaning table, plenty of outdoor seating with shade umbrellas and hammock for lounging. Propane as well as charcoal grill on site for cooking your fresh catch. Short 3 minute boat ride to Pine Channel, then boating acces to Gulf or Atlantic. (Please contact owner to discuss your boat navigation questions if you are unfamiliar with the area. Please note that turning vessel around in canal may limit boat size to less than 28'. I am able to turn my 28' center console, but do not recommend anything larger.)
