Breathtaking views in luxurious surroundings located in the most desirable neighborhood of PGA West "The Legends". Beautifully furnished home with large casita, saltwater pool, and fireside courtyard. All on one level, this home is one of the best in PGA West and has every amenity you can think of. Beautiful setting on the PGA West Nicklaus Tournament Golf course (Open to public play). It comes with a saltwater lap pool and spa (Heating is extra Oct 1 until Mar 31). You will believe that you landed in paradise once you step in through the front door and you enter into the large courtyard with top-of-the-line outdoor patio furniture and a custom-designed outdoor fireplace. Enjoy your evenings around the fire and your favorite beverage. During the day, relax by the pool or under the covered patio. This is the perfect desert home for those with exquisite taste!

The patio has a custom-designed long trough firewall with matching fire pots at each end...perfect for evening star gazing and relaxing with family and friends.

Luxury awaits at The Legends at this 5-star retreat. It comes with some of the best views in the desert and one of the most sought-after locations within the highly acclaimed Legend neighborhood in PGA West. The Kitchen comes with all top-end appliances and granite countertops. Each of the Three bedrooms, within the main house, is equipped with first-class furnishings, bedding, and full baths. The master comes with a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking spa, and walk-in closet. The two guest rooms are equipped with 1 queen bed in one and a full/double in the other. The casita has its own living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, king-size bed, game room with a full-size pool table and bar-style stand-up arcade game, and TV. The casita is situated next to the large inner courtyard. The courtyard has top-of-the-line outdoor furniture to relax while you watch the stars at night and feel the warmth of the natural wood fireplace. There is a pull-out queen bed in den (bedding provided).

The Living room is large and inviting with its overstuffed couches and chairs and comes with a large screen HDTV with DVD and DVR Cable. It, too, has a beautifully designed fireplace. The dining table has seating for 8. The private bar has seating for 2.

The outside patio and saltwater pool/spa is what really sets this home apart. You can swim or sit in one of the many scrumptious lounge chairs that line the pool or stay in the comfort of the covered patio and just gaze off over the green fairway and mountain views. The home has a two-car covered garage and a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Close by is the Stadium Course clubhouse with full dining, bar, lounge, and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you are looking to play golf at PGA West you have three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman, and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some of the many world-class events like the Career Builder Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). Enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held from the first few weeks in March, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, 2 weekends in a row of Coachella Fest & the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds where you can enjoy top-ranked polo matches free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.
