Enjoy the perfect location in La Quinta! La Quinta Cove is located right near Old Town La Quinta with its boutique shops, Zagat-rated restaurants, and coffee shops. At the same time, your home steps away from hiking and biking trails, which are a big part of the Cove's allure! Meanwhile, you are in a nicely appointed desert home with a private pool and patio with breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with an open Kitchen/Living room/Entertainment room comes fully equipped for your vacation to stay in La Quinta. The Master Bedroom has a private bathroom, TV, Queen-size bed, and gas fireplace. The two guest bedrooms, one with a queen and one with 2 twin beds, allow you, your family, and/or guests to sleep 6 comfortably. The guest bedroom with twin beds does not have a TV.

The new owners have just updated the home with new furnishings and set it up with everything you need for your stay. The pool can be heated, and your BBQ is nearby for outside cooking convenience.

There are plenty of reasons to choose your next vacation in La Quinta. So many events are scheduled throughout the year. The Valley has some of the biggest outdoor concerts in the world, with the Coachella Music Concerts at the Polo Fields for 2 consecutive weekends in April and then Stagecoach as a follow-up on the last weekend of April. Each concert has nearly ******* people from all over the world to be a part of it each year.

In March, the Desert Valley is home to one of the world's biggest Tennis Tournament, "The BNP Paribas Open." Located at the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, hosting the biggest names in the world of Tennis and now attracting close to 1/2 million fans yearly. Your home is only a short drive to the gardens and lets you have a nice quiet place to retreat after the tournaments.

Golf is the biggest year-round attraction; you are never more than minutes away from the 120 golf courses throughout the valley. Bring your clubs or rent them at the course but enjoy some of the best golf during your stay.

There are many family things to do, as well as entertainment and shopping attractions available within La Quinta and nearby El Paseo (in Palm Desert - The Rodeo Drive of the valley), Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, etc. All of these areas are just a short drive away.

Outdoor activities are a huge option, as there are many to choose from. Not only golf and tennis, but you also have bike trails throughout the valley, hiking trails, water parks, balloon rides, Living Desert Zoo, an air museum, polo matches, equestrian competitions, etc.

Make your vacation something you look forward to, and come to and stay at the Casa at Montezuma in the Cove at La Quinta! You will want to come back time and time again!
