Description
This 1 Bedroom Apartment is located upstairs overlooking direct views to Florida Bay. It is furnished in white with tile floors, air conditioning, WIFI, cable Television with 75 channels. Linens are provided and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. You have private door step parking and can even sit out back over looking Florida Bay or use our man made white sandy beech about 125' away. We have a Marina, Boat Ramp, Fire Pit and are part of Kings Kamp RV Park.

Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill American eats & water views at a beachfront complex with 2 restaurants, patio plus Tiki Bar & sports bars (inside and outside) and a fee use swimming pool. Located at 104000 Overseas Highway. this is a 10-minute walk for our place.
Fish House Restaurant for the best seafood. 102401Overseas Highway, it’s a restaurant & fish market serving a variety of meals made with locally caught seafood.
Sundowners steakhouse and seafood located 103900 on the open Bay Front.
Senior Frijoles Mexican located 103900 serving Fajitas and Margaritas on the Bay. Join them for Mexican food with a Florida Keys flair. Roomy seafood eatery presenting fresh catches in a glass-walled dining room overlooking the water.
Harriett's Restaurant American Quaint yellow shack serving down-home breakfast & lunch favorites plus some health-minded options. 95710 Overseas Highway
