House rules

1.Not available for rent to all male or all female parties except with special permission of owner.
2. Only reasonable heating costs are included in the rental price.
3. Towels provided must not be removed from the cottage. Please bring your own towels to take swimming, paddling etc.
4. Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the cottage. It has white wooden flooring throughout and some light coloured rugs.
5. Please clean the oven after use and do not put non stick pans in the dish washer.

“Very nice bungalow in beautiful location”

This is a very well furnished bungalow with all the amenities. It's the best equipped kitchen we have stayed in - better than our own. Rooms are large and spacious and there is a big parking area. Most importantly we had a good night sleep - the beds are big and comfortable and it's a quite location - neighbours are good distance away. Broadband speed was standard - we took an Amazon Firestick which worked fine for Netflix etc. Mobile phone coverage was good with reasonable 4G speed. Aberfeldy is about 3 miles away and has a good sized CO-OP and excellent cake shop (Piece) Both Pitlochary and Dunkeld ( Nature Reserve- Ospreys) are 15 ish miles away and easily cycled to on quite minor roads. We would have no problem with going for a second visit

We’ve just had a lot of outside work done replacing the drive and all paving which we believe helps brighten up the outside during the winter months. We shall update the website photos in due course. In the summer the large garden is brimming with colour from all the mature shrubs and flowers, not to mention the clamatis and rose that adorn the walls of the front porch. I hope you return to see it in full bloom.
