Lycabettus Hill Penthouse is unique for Athens. It occupies the whole third floor in a three floor building and has private roof garden with big private swimming pool, connecting with the apartment through internal stairs. The place is big 150 m2, but it seems double this size, because people spend plenty of time at the roof garden/pool.
It is in the center of city (5 min away from Acropolis), but in the exclusive and peaceful area of Lycabettus hill, providing panoramic view of Athens. It is very close to the street leading to the top of Lycabettus hill, for the lovers of jogging and walking. There are other apartments close to the center, but this is exclusive, looking at the hills, with no graffiti, no danger, no noise, perfect for families with children, upscale tourists, businessmen, group of friends.
The place is our winter home and it is furnished perfectly, all in mint condition. You really feel you are in an exclusive home. You want to stay and enjoy everything, to cook, to have lunch and dinner, by the pool or at the big veranda or in the full of light living room. You do not need to rush out as you do in a hotel or in a usual city apartment, facing the neighbor. In our place you see only Athens, the mountains, the hill trees and swimming pool.
You’ll love the place for the panoramic, romantic view, the big swimming pool, the abundant light everywhere, the hill trees in front of you and the closeness to city center..

“Athens get away”
Great location, short walk to cafes and US embasssy. No shrtage of taxi in the area. Nice host, very hospitable. Clean and tidy. We stayed here with 6 persons and there was room enough.
