Come and stay at what will become your "second home" on the Island of Clearwater Beach. This beautiful rental home is one of Clearwater Beach's best escapes. A perfect rental home for you and your family with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Upon entering this lovely home, you will find the comfortable living room and dining area.
This rental home is beautifully decorated with a large open gourmet kitchen and adjoining breakfast area. It is very spacious and has an ideal split floor plan and is beautifully decorated throughout. Lush landscaping surrounds our tropical Coconut Beach House. This beautiful 1800 sq ft rental home is located within walking distance to the sand.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive pool home will sleep 12 guests comfortably. Our Coconut Beach House features the master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with two queen beds, third bedroom bunk beds, and fourth bedroom with a queen bed. The living room also has a pull out sofa. We offer linens, wifi, bbq grill, full kitchen, laundry room, private swimming pool and all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation!
Our Coconut Beach House is a unique rental home in North Clearwater Beach. In addition to the ideal location, enjoy a lovely private pool. The backyard offers a bbq grill for your cooking pleasure and a private swimming pool. This beach house is ideal for a family vacation, reunions, corporate groups, short and long term renters or just a relaxing getaway.

“Loved it!”
This house was absolutely perfect for my family and I. There were 10 of us and we all fit comfortably! Would love to visit this house again!
