Description

This bright modern penthouse has a view from every window with panoramic sea views, churches and the harbour. The front terrace is private and the perfect place to unwind as you watch the ships and yachts on the sparkling blue sea. It's the ideal place for couples and solo adventurers to relax and recharge!

The unit has one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and even an electric massage chair in the lounge. A short 7 minute walk will take you to the harbour, restaurants, pubs and supermarket.

The Space

The south facing penthouse is on the top (5th) floor of a newly built gated complex. It has been cleverly designed to match the traditional Maltese architecture with warm honey coloured limestone walls and brightly coloured balconies. It has a swimming pool, sunbathing area and elevator.

The lounge and front terrace overlooks the harbour, ocean, Comino and Malta in a wonderful sweeping panorama. The private terrace has a parasol, outdoor table and chairs. The lounge opens onto the terrace through a sliding glass door and makes a fabulous private indoor/outdoor area. The living area has vertical blinds, a two seat sofa, electric massage chair, coffee table and a large TV connected to the Malta cable service.

The Apartment has free WIFI.

There is air-conditioning in the bedroom and there are large quality ceiling fans (3) in all rooms, and all the windows are screened (very unusual in Malta/Gozo), making a very comfortable and airy interior.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine/drier, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.

The dining area has a large table and four chairs and there is also a breakfast bar/computer desk(?) with three chairs overlooking the ocean.

The bathroom has a shower and we supply 100% Egyptian cotton towels and complimentary toiletries.

The bedroom has vertical blinds, chest of drawers, dressing table and chair, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bed has 100% Egyptian cotton sheets.

This lovely apartment is the second we have managed, our ''Romantic Seaview Apartment'' (in the same complex) has had 100% 5 star reviews since 2012 with a certificate of excellence and super-host status, the apartment was consistently occupied. We aim to provide the best possible service we can to all our guests without being intrusive. As frequent worldwide travelers we no how important it is to be attentive! We will meet you when you arrive and check you in to the apartment we also live close by so we are available if needed.
