This beautiful, spacious and professionally decorated home is located in the ever popular community of Champions Gate, less than 15 minutes from the entrance of Walt Disney World; less than 10 minutes from endless shopping & restaurant options and right in the heart of the vacation capital of Florida!

This brand new, 7 Bedroom 6 Bathroom Pool Home will offer you more than you could dream of in a vacation home!

As you enter the home, the open floor plan greets you with the spacious Living Area, Gourmet Kitchen and spacious Dining Area and a view to your own Private Pool. (Pool can be heated May-October for an additional $30/night with a 3 night minimum.)

In the Living Area there is are Leather Sofas, a large Flat Screen TV, access to the oversize Lanai & Pool area through the Dining Area or the downstairs Pool Bath

The Dining Area offers seating for 8, Pool access and no rear neighbors. The Breakfast Bar offers seating for an additional 4 guests

Your Gourmet Kitchen is a chef’s envy. Outfitted with Granite Counter tops and Stainless Steel Appliances, you have everything you need to make a fabulous family dinner or a quick bite on the way out.

There’s no flipping a coin over who gets the Master Suite, there are 3 King En-Suite Bedrooms in this home to choose from.

That’s not all – a Garage Game Room offers a Billiard Table and Air Hockey Table for those non-Theme Park days.

The private Pool Area has two access points, the Pool Bath off the Living Room and through the sliding doors of the Dining Room. On the oversize Lanai, there is Patio Furniture with seating for 6, 2 Sun Loungers for your relaxation.

This home was absolutely perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday vacation! Everything about this home was beautiful! The rooms were big and spacious and everything was so clean! Usually, the beds and couches at vacation homes are uncomfortable but the beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable! We all love staying here! And the management team was always ready and available to help with questions. we had the best time! Liz B.

This house was beautiful! And dealing with the management was a pleasure! I have NO complaints. In fact, the whole experience was better then I had hoped. Great communication. Beautiful clean house. The beds were sooooo comfortable! The pool was wonderfully warm, even on chilly days. We have been to some rental homes where the “heated” pool was too cold to enjoy. Not so here! The pool area was sunny all day long, and that’s really important when you’re from Canada!! They even provided a BBQ for us. Lots of towels, pillows, etc. I was sad to leave this place! How do damage deposits work?
