Détenant le label "Clean and Safe" accordé par Turismo do Portugal, cette spacieuse villa penthouse dans le village de Garajau bénéficie d'une superbe vue mer à 180° de Funchal aux Iles Desertas.

La pièce de vie au décor contemporain s'ouvre sur une vaste terrasse.

La première chambre avec salle de bains attenante dispose de placards aménagés, d'un bureau avec un accès internet rapide et fiable, parfait pour le télé-travail ainsi que de sa propre terrasse.

La deuxième chambre avec salle de bains attenante dispose d'un dressing séparé.

La cuisine aménagée est équipée d'un four traditionnel, d'un micro-ondes et d'un lave-vaisselle.

La buanderie est équipée d'une machine à laver, d'un sèche-linge de d'une centrale-vapeur.

Piscine privée avec grande plage et salle de bains. Coût additionnel pour piscine chauffée à 25° (nous consulter pour température supérieure) :

1er Octobre au 31 Mai : 20€/jour

1er Juin au 30 Septembre : 10€/jour

Taxe de séjour 1€ par jour par personne (maximum 5€ par personne) payable sur place.

Le village de Garajau avec ses cafés et restaurants, ses boutiques (boulangeries, pharmacie, pressing, épiceries, fleuriste etc) est à 5 minutes

à pied. Deux grands supermarchés sont à deux minutes en voiture.

A 5 minutes en voiture la plage de Garajau, site de plongée renommé, est accessible par téléphérique.

Le golf de Palheiro est à 6 kilomètres en voiture et celui de Santo da Serra (parcours PGA) à 20 minutes.

The large tastefully furnished living area opens onto a vast terrace.

The first en suite double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a desk with rapid and reliable optic fibre internet, perfect as a remote work option, as well as its own terrace.

The second en suite double bedroom boasts a separate dressing room.

The well-equipped modern kitchen has a traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing-machine and tumble dryer.

Private pool with large sun terrace and bathroom. Additional cost for pool heated to 25° depending on season. (Please contact us for higher temperature.)

Garajau village with its cafés, restaurants, shops (bakeries, pharmacy, dry cleaner, grocer, florist etc) are 5 minutes on foot. Two large supermarkets are a two minute drive away..

Garajau beach resort, renowned for scuba diving, is just a five minute drive and can be reached by cable car.

Palheiro golf is 6 kilometers drive and Santo da Serra (PGA course) is a 20 minute drive.

How do damage deposits work?
