Description
Masia Mas Peirot est une authentique ferme de 850m2, construite en 1800 et récemment rénovée gardant le style original.
La ferme dispose de 60 hectares dont 6 hectares de vignes et 1 hectare d'arbres fruitiers. Il est situé dans la ville de Cunit (10 min de Sitges et 25 min de Barcelone avec une route confortable de 1,5 kilomètres de la masia).
C'est un cadre fabuleux pour se détendre et passer des vacances tranquilles dans un environnement naturel.
Le logement:
La Masia Mas Peirot est répartie sur deux étages.
La maison est composée d’une salle à manger, une cuisine, salle de bains, WC et salle de séjour spacieuse et bien équipée (80m2) avec une bibliothèque et une grande cheminée.
Le premier étage comporte un grand couloir qui mène à six belles chambres, cinq doubles et une quadruple, quatre salles de bains et un autre salon. Le design rustique catalan, le folklore rural et pastoral prédominent toujours, accueillant l'invité dans une atmosphère hospitalière et familiale. De plus, la suite principale dispose d'un bureau et d'une salle de bain spacieuse.
Toutes les chambres sont décorées en gardant le caractère authentique de la maison.
Tous les lits ont la dimension 90x200.
Au premier étage, on trouve une salle à manger très rustique, avec ses couverts faits main et une fenêtre donnant sur le jardin, une grande cuisine bien équipée, une petite toilette, et enfin un salon spacieux et chaleureux de 80 m2 avec bibliothèque, cheminée et accès direct au jardin.
Extérieur de la villa:
Dans le style typiquement catalan, la façade de cette maison de campagne de Sitges est partiellement masquée par des plantes grimpantes et de gracieux bougainvilliers. Il dispose d'un jardin bien entretenu, à l'abri des regards indiscrets par une rangée d'arbres lustrés, avec une grande piscine turquoise (5m x 10m) et un grand porche extérieur. Une longue table en bois sous un auvent de plantes invite les invités à organiser de grandes célébrations, des repas copieux et longs, et des dîners d'été qui se transforment en petits déjeuners précoces. Son atmosphère ombragée offre des moments de fraîcheur agréable, lorsque la peau, fatiguée des rayons chauds du soleil, réclame avec dévotion des moments de détente.
