Villa Margarita is a 400 sq. m residence of superior design & construction quality with a perfect layout for holidays.

It is located in an enormous private land of 1,100 sq. m near a village called Episkopi in Heraklion region, offering full privacy & magnificent views of surrounding mountains & the sea.

It is literally a hidden gem around the beauty and tranquility of a uniquely green landscape of Crete, only within a short driving distance from Heraklion city and the closest sandy beaches.

The villa is a unique spot in order to experience the real Crete while it is also only a short drive away from the city centre and the touristic areas.

Enjoy tranquillity, comfort and luxuriousness in this exquisite and unique villa.

The three-storey 400 sq. m villa is furnished with elegant and luxurious styles and it is also designed to take advantage of the natural light coming from outside, creating a delightful atmosphere for the whole house.

It can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if it is necessary.

- Indoor layout -

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a sofa, fireplace, a 40” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area which leads you to the pool and the garden area. The ground floor also hosts a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Reaching to the first floor through a staircase there is an open plan area with sitting area that a chess is placed to enjoy. Additionally this floor is designed to offer numerous facilities for the whole families / groups entertainment. The facilities include gym room with a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a steps, abs equipment, exercise bike, yoga board and a fitness multifunctional apparatus, office space with a printer, playroom area for young children plus a table tennis, cinema room with a 65” HDTV and a bathroom with a bath.

The staircase leads you further up to the second floor where the rest of 4 bedrooms are located. All bedrooms have a double bed. Additionally the master bedroom has a 32" UHDTV, a closet room and an en-suite bathroom with bath. There is another bathroom with shower located on this floor.

- Outdoor area -

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 50 sq. m ecological swimming pool with counter-current swimming system. The pool area is fenced and it can easily be isolated for child safety.

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with a wood oven, kitchenette with a gas hob and a sink

- Outdoor dining area

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, deck chairs, outdoor sofa and a mini fridge) for relaxing in the gardens around the villa

- Playground area for young children

- Bathroom next to the pool

- Parking space (securely gated parking)

The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.

A car or bike is highly recommended for this area, as there is a lot to see. Villa Margarita has a secure and private underground parking with an electric gate also a private side road which fits many cars.

If Pavlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
