Your “Home Away from Home” in Williamsburg. Wyndham Patriots’ Place, situated about a mile away from Williamsburg’s historical area, was built on the lush grounds of a former golf course. The property’s spaciousness, mature landscaping and lower-key architectural style lends a warm, comfortable “home away from home” feel to your stay.

It doesn't matter what you're in the mood for, Wyndham Patriots' Place is the perfect vacation resort to discover the history and heritage Colonial America. Historic Williamsburg is an impressive 18th century living history museum packed with 500 reconstructed and restored buildings, stores, taverns and homes. Take a stroll through the lush gardens or relive the Revolutionary War drama during a live reenactment. Busch Gardens and Water Country U.S.A. are two family friendly theme parks located just south of the resort. For outdoor enthusiasts, there's lots of boating, fishing and outdoor water sports in the James and York Rivers. Shoppers can enjoy a little retail therapy, not to mention huge savings, at the Williamsburg Outlet Mall and Riverwalk Landing. Pack up the car and enjoy a leisurely day trip in Yorktown, Jamestown or the gorgeous Virginia Beach.

Two Bedroom Lockoff- Two queen size beds, one queen pull out sofa bed in living area, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony. Sleeps 6.

All linens provided bed sheets, bath, pool & kitchen towels, hand soap, dish soap, 2 packs of laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, coffee filters, shampoo & body wash, plastic trash bags, cups, glasses, plates, cookware provided pans, pots, and bake ware, silverware and much much more.

Amenities

Include a seasonal outdoor pool, half basketball court, sand volley ball court, children's playground and charcoal barbecue grills. Guests have access to use the amenities at the resort they are registered at, and will not be permitted to use the amenities at other CLUB WYNDHAM® properties in the Williamsburg area

Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6-10 days, and $59.95 for 11-30 days.

Room is maintained by the resort to their five star standards. Pics are provided by the resort and can vary per unit.

This is a non-smoking resort. No pets are allowed

Minimum check-in age is 25

Check-in time starts at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM for all owners and guests

A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in at some Wyndham resorts for phone calls, room service and other like charges. A $250.00 credit card pre-authorization is required at time of check-in; we do not accept cash deposits. If you use a "Debit Card" or "Check Card" the funds will be automatically withheld from your account and released by the resort at checkout.

Please note: It may take up to 30 days after your departure for the bank to release the "guaranteed" funds back to your account A fee may be associated with some of the resort amenities and activities. Please contact the resort for more details. Late Arrivals: Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation without notification and forfeiture of all payments associated with your reservation. Out of respect for all our guests, pets are not permitted. Please feel free to contact the resort prior to your arrival so that we may assist you in locating a local boarding facility.

Reservation will need to be in a legal name (as it appears on a valid form of identification) of the person who is checking-in at the resort. Once you have booked, if you need to change the name of the person checking in there will be a $129 fee for any changes.

Construction is occurring at the property adjacent to the resort through 2019. There may be noise during your stay. Please contact the resort for additional information.

Tell them the name the reservations are in and hand them your driver's license and credit card which is used for any charges you have for the room like phone, room service and etc. If any issues come up during check in, call or text me that I can help you out.
