Description

Easily spotted with its white picket fence at the front, this well presnted 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home supplies the things most people are looking for in a holiday home.there are 2 living areas in the house as well as a spacious semi enclosed patio.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, large walk-in robe and an ensuite bathroom and has a split system R/c Airconditioner. There are 3 more bedrooms, two of which have double beds and airconditioners, and the third has a king single bed. The main bathroom is next to these 3 bedrooms.

The well equipped kitchen has a gas hotplate and electric oven, a dishwasher and microwave as well as a full sized fridge/freezer.

The furnishings are decent and quite new, with comfort and practicality foremost.

There is an informal dining area close to the kitchen and a large table and chairs in the front room. The main living area is open plan with a tiled floor.

The laundry has an automatic washing machine and sliding doors out to the side area with washing lines.

Parking is provided with a large garage to the rear with remote controlled door, and a carport to the front with a roller door, and also a parking bay in front of the carport.

Minimum Stay is 2 nights, there are no exceptions

In the next street is a shopping centre with an IGA supermarket, bottle shop, and newsagent with other speciality stores. There is a child care centre nearby and a kids park 80 meters away. Geraldton City Centre is about a kilometer and a half away as are the beaches restaurants, shops and other amenities..

There is a shopping centre in the next street with a large supermarket, newsagent, hairdresser and bottle shop. it is a 3 to 5 minute walk from the Holiday Home.
