Description

The house is located in the city centre of Tokyo, a newly-built three-storeyed small villa, keeps quiet in a noisy neighborhood. There are 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms in the house. The nearest station is new Okubo, only a five-minute walk, ten-minute walk to Shinjuku in kabukicho. A two-minute walk from the house to the 1km long shopping street, there are catering, delicious food, restaurant, department stores, cosmetics & health care products stores, supermarket,24-hour convenience store, etc. there.

The house can sleep 12 persons at most. Because the house is located Tokyo’s most central location, traffic is very convenient. Whether you want to go shopping in Ginza, or go to Ueno to see Japanese cherry blossoms, or go to ASAKUSA temple, Fuji Mountain, Nikko and other well-known scenic spots, you can take bus or subway to reach, it is very convenient to go to all scenic spots in Tokyo.

During your stays at here, the landlord will provide free mobile Wifi for you, you can carry around and use it.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jiang (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
