Your holiday starts as soon as you enter this beautiful Sorrento property. Winter or summer, this property provides luxurious accommodation for many occasions; weddings, family reunions, girls weekends or just a weekend away. Sleeping 12 people (no bunks) across four bedrooms, this property is perfect for up to two families.
A short walk to the Sorrento shops or the Sorrento front beach or the beautiful coastal tracks are at your doorstep. You may not need your car for the entire time you are there. This property is also a short walk to the Sorrento to Queenscliff ferry.
This property boasts two separate and expansive living rooms. Both equipped with Smart TV’s overlooking the two respective outdoor entertaining areas. This property offers an open fireplace and a large dining table (seating 12).
The first deck is equipped with an outdoor dining table and sun lounges overlooking the pristine solar heated pool and gas heated spa. The second deck is equipped with a built in BBQ and an additional outdoor dining table and outdoor lounge area.
This luxurious Sorrento house boasts four generously sized bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 12 people and three bathrooms including three showers and a spa bath each with heated tiles.
No luxury has been forgotten - WiFi, Smart TVs, ducted vacuum, dishwasher, coffee machine, ice-dispensing fridge, full laundry facilities, granite benchtops, hydronic heating, open fire, air conditioning, heated tile areas, spa bath, ceiling fans and an inground trampoline and large grassed area for the children.

Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.
