Description

Enjoy an entire 860 sq foot floor all to yourself in a newly built home. The space is on the 3rd floor and has a living room, a large bedroom, giant walk in closet, and a full bathroom. Bedroom and bathroom both have locking doors for privacy. Self check in for easy access!

The bedroom has a king size bed with a comfy pillow top mattress. The second bed is a pull out couch in the living room.

Amenities include awesome Wifi, coffee, snacks, two TVs (both have cable), Microwave on your floor, and a pack and play for the kiddos.

Shared use of common areas include: Laundry, kitchen, office (including fax and scanner), and back patio.

Free on street parking in front of home.

*Please note there is no private entrance to the unit. This is a shared home so we live here but self check in allows for easy access at your leisure anytime after 3pm. Most guests never even see us. We usually occupy the first floor most of the day which leaves an entire second floor separating us from the guests and when we go to bed around 10 p.m. or so we quietly hide away in our bedrooms on the second floor. We try to be as quiet and respectful of guest privacy to make it as similar to a hotel experience as possible

*There is no door at the top of the stairs leading into the unit. While the bedroom and bathroom both have locking doors to make your stay private there is no door to the living room of this unit. This unit is an ENTIRE FLOOR so it is not on the same level that we occupy (the first and second floor) but since the pullout couch is in the living room this is something to take into consideration

Great for couples, road trippers, solo travelers, business professionals, and families with kids! All are welcome!

15 minutes south of Denver International Airport and also close to Children's Hospital, and Downtown Denver.

The location of the space is on the third floor so there are two flights of stairs. We have a sweet, quiet, loving border collie that will make you feel right at home! She is a lover and an absolute sap for attention and she knows not to go up to the third floor unless you specifically invite her. If you want her to sleep upstairs with you just let us know for all of you pet lovers out there... otherwise she stays downstairs with us. If you have allergies to dogs please do not book this Airbnb.

TOURIST TRAVELERS: No smoking inside please but you are totally welcome to smoke on our back porch (420 or tobacco)! There is so much to do in Colorado, and we'd love to welcome you into our home!

How do damage deposits work?

If Jenn and Jay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
