“Lovely appartment with great view of the sea”
Better than normal holiday rentals this is a home with everything you could require. Everything is good quality and very clean, and rooms are a good size. Check in and out very smooth and as agreed and very helpful people. View of sea from balcony is great - I could sit there all day just watching the boats. Secure private parking under the building with lift to the apartment floor. As with most places in this area parking is tight. Steep hill to walk into local town, and infrequent bus service so car is recommended. A very enjoyable week. Thank you.

“Le Cannette Charm”
Apartment Villa Loredane, Le Cannet, Cannes The Villa is beautifully appointed and furnished, sitting high up above Cannes with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the port. The apartment is spacious with a very large balcony which has both seating and dining areas. We are now in our fourth year of renting this apartment which we take for 4 to 5 weeks at a time. The owners are extremely helpful and happy to give advice on restaurants used by locals. The nearby Historic quarter in Le Cannette has several very good restaurants within walking distance but a steep hill to climb on the way home. We would recommend this apartment with its swimming pool (which serves the complex) but it should be noted that it is reached by two flights of steps but well worth the effort as it has ample sun beds and is rarely crowded. The secure garage parking with direct access to the lift for the apartment is a bonus.

“Good furnished appartment”
It’s the third time that we visited this beautiful apartment. It’s located at a hill and that gives a splendid view of the city Cannes and the Mediterranean as well as the mountains. The weather forecast of the Cote d’Azur is mostly always good, one or two days rain for a period of four weeks is our experience. The spacious balcony with a dining table and couch is a nice place to sit if you like the sun but also gives us the possibility to read a book or have our dinner. The apartment has been furnished very well and gave us all the comfort what we need. Especially the wireless internet was very helpful for us. The lovely village Le Cannet is 5 min walk downhill and the right place for an outdoor lunch or dinner. When we visited Cannes we took always the bus for 1 Euro and had no parking problems.
