This two Bedroom / 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo guarantees spectacular views from its 8th floor balconies! Enjoy the morning sunrise from its private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where you can watch dolphin at play and listen to the waves crash on the quieter, No-Drive beach. At night, toast to a special occasion as you watch the sun drop on the Halifax River and Intracoastal Waterway from its “front” balcony. Water views from all around are visible from inside the unit with the majority of them facing the ocean including the kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom. Guest room faces the west and has views of the beautiful Halifax River.

This non-smoking, condo has plenty of room with 1200 sq. ft., which can sleep eight. Master bedroom has a king bed, ocean-front balcony, 32 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet, powder room and private full bath. Guest room has 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, 32 inch flat screen TV, walk-in closet and adjoining full bathroom.

Large, fully equipped, open Kitchen with microwave, toaster, refrigerator, NEW dishwasher, cookware, plates, cups, and etc. Eat-at bar with 3 bar stools and a 4-top dining room table and chairs. Living Room has 2 sofas, (one pulls out to a queen size bed), sitting chair and entry to the ocean-front balcony. Its entertainment center includes a 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 with several games. WiFi service is secure and free!

Brand NEW air conditioner unit inside condo and a private laundry room with a full size washer and brand NEW dryer.

Many on-site amenities are also available. Full court tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, sauna, exercise room, heated swimming pool, gas grills, picnic tables and lounge.

The condominium complex is wonderfully located on a car-free beach making it a great location for families. Easily tote your belongings down to the beach without having to look both ways. However, the action is still nearby with the drive-on beach ramp only a minute car ride away and the infamous Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joe Restaurant just a half mile walk.

The entire complex is secure and is home to many full-time residents so you'll feel right at home too with the abundance of comforts and amenities this condo has to offer. Welcome home to The Shores Club Condominium!
