This charming home is located ‘in-town’ of Breckenridge in a quaint, old neighborhood with walking, hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking just outside the front door. The half-acre lot offers seclusion while being walking distance from downtown!


The main living level of the home is a comfortable open floor plan with large picture windows and sky lights, providing plenty of natural light.

The living room boasts a gas fireplace and opens to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes a five-burner gas range, two ovens, a large refrigerator and freezer, and a microwave. The dining room table comfortably seats six, and the large granite top island seats four.

The master suite is located off of the main level and is outfitted with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a double vanity.

There are two other bedrooms located on the lower level. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has twin-over-twin bunk beds. This lower level also includes a media room with a 52” HDTV with cable, a Blu-ray player, and VCR, as well as a wet bar.

This home also boasts a spacious wraparound outdoor deck, equipped with a propane grill, hot tub, and seating amidst the pines. Enjoy the comfort of lounge chairs, a dining set, and an umbrella as well as a playground set for kids.

Head into town for shopping and delicious dining options. Take the free shuttle or walk to the Gondola and hit the mountains. During the summer, visit the Peak 8 Fun Park with kids -- home to an alpine slide, mini-golf, a human maze, pony rides, and bouncy houses. Put your mountain bike on a chairlift and then ride down the mountain.

Rent a bike and ride to Frisco, around Lake Dillon, or to Vail! Golf fan? Play on the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Hike a 14’er (14,000 ft+ mountain). There are more than 50 in the state of Colorado, and several nearby. Fly-fishing, sledding, disc golf, kite-skiing, kayaking, and boating on Lake Dillion -- year-round options for activities are endless!

Other town amenities include: a large fitness center, world-class skiing, and tons of charm. Nearby Ski Resorts include Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin.
