Closest rentable house to the city mid-beach Public Beach Access (Next to Madiera) (less than a 4 minute walk)! Gorgeous home with fantastic location 1 block from beach! We just completely remodeled the house in November 2015. We painted the exterior of the house 8/16. We purchased all brand new furniture and linens. Brand new flat screen TV's for all 3 BR's and on the lanai. This is like a brand new house for the winter season!

This home (which sleeps 6) has been renovated and features a new wonderful granite chef’s kitchen fully equipped with all the luxuries of home.

This island retreat has all the amenities that many vacationers are seeking – an inviting, private heated pool, a screened-in lanai with a flat screen TV and chaise lounges, intimate outdoor covered dining for the entire family surrounded by tropical palm trees and a hedge, and a rear yard for the kids to play.

So many places to sit and gather – a spacious, open living room with vaulted ceilings that includes a comfortable couch with a HDTV and DVD Player; a casual dining nook in the gourmet kitchen that includes a dining table that seats 6 which is perfect for games or enjoying a delicious meal and a great breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee.

The expansive master suite with ceramic hardwood floors has a large walk in closet and en-suite full bath with rain head shower and double vanity is separated from the other guest bedrooms for the ideal place to retreat after a day at the beach. Relax in the comfortable, king bed watching the HDTV and DVD Player. Bedroom 2 has a cozy queen bed with a relaxing pool view and ensuite full bath. Bedroom 3 is decorated coastal chic with a queen bed and shares the guest bathroom with tub/shower combination. The full pool bath and shower is an ideal convenience when spending the day poolside.

Stay connected with the high speed WIFI throughout the home and the lanai. Read a book, or choose one of the board games to play with friends and family. You won’t run out of things to do!

Situated in a quiet neighborhood off of Maple Ave., this home is located near restaurants and shopping, and the beach is within a 4 minute walking distance.
