This new home is located on the brow of Lookout Mountain beside the world famous Rock City destination, within 5-10 minutes of driving time from downtown Chattanooga. With a 100 foot waterfall on the property and private trails that lead you along the bottom of the beautiful cliff, it's hard to find a reason to leave once you arrive! The home is newly built and features a large open floor plan main living area. Nano doors accordion open to reveal 30+ feet of open air that lead you onto a 800 square foot deck overlooking the valley floor. A stone outdoor fireplace is located on the deck to keep you warm at night, complete with outdoor lighting and speakers.

Inside the kitchen features all stainless steel appliance and commercial grade stainless steel countertops. The island also acts as a great bar area for lounging while cooking dinner.

The guest bedroom is cozy with a queen size bed and it's own private bathroom.

The master bedroom steals the thunder from the rest of the house. Lined with windows facing the valley floor, you are woken in the morning by beautiful sunrises and put to sleep at night with the sound of the waterfall flowing beside the house. French doors open from the master bedroom and lead you out onto the deck. The master bath features a walk in shower, and a large soaking tub. A walk in closet provides all the space you need for your amenities.

Other attractions located by the house are Ruby Falls, Cloudland Canyon State Park, Chickamauga Battlefield Park, Chattanooga Nature Center, and the Lookout Mountain Golf Club. Within in 5 - 10 minutes, however, you can find yourself back downtown and in the middle of everything.

Outdoor enthusiasts will be more than pleased with the rock climbing, hiking, cycling, and running available from the front door of the house.

How do damage deposits work?
