Description
Koras villa is beautiful two story, modern designed home, situated between two UNESCO cities – Split and Trogir.
This newly build villa with the swimming pool is settled in the city center of town Kastela, just few steps from the amazing pebble beach. All you need is just few steps away –shops, pharmacy, fresh market, bakery, children playground, coffee bars and restaurants.
Each corner of the villa is done with special attention to details and with great finishes. The comfortable living area, as well as bedroom with bathroom, is on the ground floor, while three other bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom has own bathroom.
The home is entirely air-conditioned, and guests can stay connected via Wi-Fi.
On the fenced plot next to the outdoor private heated swimming pool is a nice patio with big lounge sofa and barbecue facilities.
Villa is perfect base for exploring the Split Riviera.

“Excellent Villa with friendly Owners”
The First great experience in the Villa was the meeting with the owners. Very friendly people tried to clean the Villa asap, that we can enjoy our holiday asap. Very clean, modern and lovely furniture and Accessoires give this place great atmosphere. We loved it and We would recommed this place to everybody!
