A modern villa in Kissamos, your view to Crete Island. Step through the line where the sea of Crete meets the sky at this private villa featuring a breadth of luxuries and lavish comforts. Encompassing an area of 200 sq.m. of pure indulgence and an outdoor area of 700 sq.m., this exquisite villa provides a world of sensations for guests beyond the ordinary. Set in 3 different levels, Villa Aimy redefines the notion of comfort living.

At the ground floor you can find the pool area with the heated pool of 40sq. m., a fully equipped kitchen, an internal living room with a salon, a satellite LG curved 65’’ TV and a dining table area for 10 guests, the BBQ area and the outdoor lounging area with the bar, a deck with sun loungers, sunbeds, an outdoor living room and hammocks and a large dining area. There is a continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces which provides space full living area where accommodate all the activities throughout the day. One of the five rooms is located in this floor and features a private entrance. All areas inside have air-conditioning.

The first floor boasts 3 brilliantly appointed en suite rooms with safety boxes and air-conditioning. All the rooms are double with cocomat metal free bed-mattress. This floor completed with an impressive glass veranda with amazing sea views. At the attic floor you find the king size room, the very best room of the Villa. This room offers unobstructed views to the sea of Crete from each corner, welcoming esteemed guests to relax and sleep in complete privacy. The bathroom of this room has hydromassage.

Please notice that the villa is located in a hill and it offers you an amazing view not only during the day, but during the night as well, when the city lights add some extra spark of romance to the already magnificent atmosphere.

Kissamos is a small town in West Crete, just 30 minutes drive from Chania. The location of Kissamos offers to the guests the ability to be close to all the hot spots of Chania perfecture. It is the closest town to the most famous beaches of Crete with beautiful turquoise waters such as Falasarna, Balos, Gramvousa, Elafonisi and Kedrosasos. These are only some of the stupendous beaches that will offer you an unique experience.

Kissamos also has a great history with many ancient places to visit in nearby villages. Ancient Polirinia, Ancient Falasarna and the town of Kissamos together with the Museum are some of the sites that you can get a taste of the Cretan history from 1000 B.C. up to modern times. Moreover in the area of Kissamos thera are many gorges, trecking paths and mountain bike routes for those who love nature.
