Our Guest safety and comfort is of utmost importance to us and we understand that we must all adapt and accommodate. To help, we have implemented extra cleaning procedures for every turnover including disinfection of all commonly handled surfaces and we have instituted additional protective maintenance protocols with our entire staff. UPDATED LOCAL CONDITIONS: All public beaches, beach parking, beach restrooms, and condominium pools are open with no use restrictions. However, CDC Social Distancing Guidelines are being enforced. There is a mandatory indoor mask ordinance in place in Pinellas County.

BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE: We understand that we are in an uncertain time with vacation planning. If your planned trip is not possible due to last minute travel issues, stay-at-home orders, or other COVID-19 complications, we will give FULL credit for new dates up to 48 hours before your check in time.

Walk into this beachfront paradise home and sail into another world. The Admirals Townhouse is a rare find on a pristine and uncrowded section of Madeira Beach. The views from the living room, master bedroom, twin balconies, and beachfront patio are simply breathtaking. A private wood-lined pathway takes you over the dunes to the beach. You're just minutes away from John's Pass Village as well as many other fantastic restaurants and activities.

This well-appointed four bedroom, three bath, beachfront home features a king size bed in the master bedroom on the top floor, with it's own private balcony and spacious bathroom with both a walk-in shower and stand alone tub. The second bedroom, also on the top floor, is furnished with twin size beds. Between the two bedrooms, there is a private den/fourth bedroom (with doors) furnished with a twin size bed with additional twin size trundle, and large flat screen TV (great place for the kids).

On the second floor, the private third bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, and is located on the far end of the building away from the living room area next to a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped with an excellent set of cooking supplies, and includes all small appliances you would ever need to keep you satisfied on your vacation. Just off the kitchen area, we have a bar top, with two stools and an dining table area overlooking the beach and Gulf for your morning or evening dining enjoyment.

The lower level, one flight of stairs from the garage, is the living room area. There is plenty of comfortable seating, and a pull out queen size sofa bed. For entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV in the living room and upstairs middle bedroom, and free high-speed WiFi service is provided.

Just out the back, there is a small "splash" pool (not heated) to cool off in, and can provide endless safe entertainment for the little ones. With a private path over the dunes to the beach as well as plenty of outdoor seating, it will be a challenge to stay indoors.

All linens and towels provided (bath and beach), as well as free WiFi and cable TV. Full size washer and dryer. Free parking with at least one car inside the garage and one in the driveway. We recommend no more than two cars.

We are not able to accommodate any weddings or large events at the house.

All our properties include FREE DVD's throughout your stay, a complete linen set, beach and bath towels, a starter set of paper goods, hand soap, dishwashing soap and trash bags, free parking, free WiFi access, and a 24hr Guest hotline for any issues.
