For lovers of beautiful scenery, skiing, hiking, fishing or just relaxing in spectacular surroundings this lovely house acts as a wonderful base. Snowboarders/Skiers will have access to the best value skiing available in Europe; you will have access to uncrowded slopes at a fraction of the cost of Western Europe.
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for a family or group of friends who are keen skiers and want to take advantage of the very reasonable ski hire and daily fees of the local ski field 5 kms away. With three runs to suit both beginnners and experts this is an ideal opportunity for those who love the outdoors in both summer and winter.
The house itself is over 3 levels. The top floor can function as a self-contained apartment if you wish, consisting of two double bedrooms, shower and fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, sitting room, hall and dining area. The Living room is stylishly furnished with modern high quality furniture and rugs spread across wooden flooring.

The ground floor contains a large open plan lounge leading onto an elegant dining area which can accommodate up to 12 people.
On the first floor, an original archway opens into a modern cherrywood kitchen with polished floors, leading into a lounge with leather sofas, open fire, two large bedrooms, and also the master bedroom which has a luxury en-suite with under-floor heating.
From this room you have a private garden room which looks out to the hills.
There are polished solid wood floors throughout.

“Stunning and spacious property”
Have just returned from a great 5 day stay in Levoca. Katerina and her son, a local lady, welcomed us at the house when we first arrived. When we all got through the main door from the street into this beautiful vestibule we were all stunned. It was such a surprise. Wow wee. She showed us the ground floor & all the rooms, then on up to the 1st floor, so many rooms, a Chinese themed bedroom and a main bedroom both beautifully decorated with good bedding and personal objects, the main had a spa type ensuite and its own personal sitting area. The space was just incredible & then there was the 3rd floor! This house is vast and yet was so warm and toasty throughout our whole stay. There were bathrooms & kitchen areas on every floor. The shower on 1st floor was especially good. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Local information was on hand with books, flyers and guides in the main/middle sitting room. There were 3 original fireplaces in various rooms but there was no need to light them as heating was so good. The wifi only extends across the middle floor which was fine as its so big. We were a party of eight, including two teenagers but this place could easily have accommodated up 10 + people, there were also 2 cots and another double bed too. Some of the group had bikes so they loved it here as there was so much storage & hose pipes to clean them so a thumbs up for being bike friendly. Levocska Dolina is only 10 min drive from here and has snowboarding & ski equipment for hire at a good rate. €12 a day for skis, boots & poles or snowboard,boots & helmet €16 for the day. It is more for beginners, getting your confidence up again or nice gentle skiing whilst the ski slopes over in Tatra Mountains are a bit further to drive, 40 mins for enthusiasts. The top floor apartment has so much space, is cooler up here, is very bright & light. The teenagers loved it up there. So many rooms to take your pick from in regards to eating and sitting so we’d make it fun in taking turns in deciding which one it would be. However, it is very cheap to eat out and beer & wine are cheap also. Honesty we could go on and on but just wanted to try and encapsulate how this holiday house is so very different, unusual and interesting from anything any of us have ever stayed in. We were not sure at first but are just so delighted we did. We want to come back nearer Christmas time with more of the family as we are sure it will be a magical place at that time with all the snow around too.

“Amazing property with history. Great scenery and skiing facilities”
What a great house. Very spacious with both an authentic as well as contemporary feel. The house was clean upon arrival and has all the necessary essentials available to make it an enjoyable stay. Would thoroughly recommend levoca for a holiday. Skiing in the area is 1st class both for novices as well as professionals. The Tatra mountains are a short drive away and well worth a visit. The locals are very friendly and seem to welcome visitors to the area. Will definatley be revisiting soon. A+++++
