Nestled into the hillside at 'La Licina', an ancient country estate, 'La Ginestra' is an ideal place to relax.
Just minutes from the centre of Spoleto, famous for it's summer arts festival, its restaurants and its picturesque winding medieval streets. Away from traffic and the main roads, it is a haven of quiet and privacy, yet close to all services and attractions.
Steps away from your door, set among a four hectare olive grove, is the swimming pool; with a shallow end perfect for children, and lounge chairs for sun-bathing or reading in the shade.
With only one other apartment on the large property, your privacy is assured - yet the helpful English-speaking owners are nearby to assist you; with directions to nearby attractions or to suggest one of the many restaurants in the area.
