Description
The property Podere-Pantano is an ideal place for a luxury and peaceful holiday or a special stay like a honeymoon. There are two dwellings for 2 and 2-3 persons. The smaller one is a separate part of the main house with own access and own terrace for optimum privacy. The larger one is a villetta, a guest-house, about 70 meters away from the main house.

I Fichi is a beautiful little villetta and prepared for a honeymoon. A lot of privacy and an own garden.

The rent starts on Saturday till Saturday. For the rates of the other apartments please contact the owner. We have room for a maximum of 9 persons in total when the 3 apartments are rented at the same time.

The villetta is beautiful decorated with good and luxury furnish. Between the 2 houses is a large wooden garden table with a stone barbecue.
The swimming pool is lit during the evening. Every week you will have new sheets and towels for the bathroom.

Around the swimming pool you will find umbrella's and very comfortable beach chairs.
The windows can be covered by screens and protected against the sun. The outdoor dining tables are located under a sun protected roof. In each room you find a screen to prevent insects.
