Description
Villa Stellamarina is an exclusive villa with private swimming pool situated in a splendid sea front position in Marina di Modica, a small seaside resort on the southern coast of Sicily. This luxury, contemporary villa boasts large, panoramic terraces and a wellness room with sauna and Jacuzzi. Encompassing three floors, Stellamarina features cosy interiors. The ground floor includes a sitting room, a kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite shower. On the first floor are a large living room, a second, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite shower and a bathroom. The second floor includes the master bedroom with en-suite shower and panoramic terrace. The villa is equipped with internet Wi-Fi, Satellite receiver, washing machine, dishwasher and safe. All rooms have air conditioning.
Villa Stellamarina is also a perfect base for visiting the baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, as well as Marina di Ragusa with its bars and clubs, or the settings of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.
