My place is close to the airport, golf resorts, polo clubs, beaches, the city center, great views, and parks. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This is a secure facility that is centrally located in Jamaica with within 1km from both north-south and east-west high way 2hrs drive to Montego bay and 12km or 20 min to Kingston. This facility has recreational spaces, such as jogging trail, swing pool, basket ball and tennis court.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Karden (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
