Le logement est moderne, fonctionnel, simple, confortable.cuisine équipée, ustensiles, vaisselle. Les appareils (TV, lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro onde, réfrigérateur, four, grill pain, cafetière, bouilloire ...)sont en TB état, ainsi que les peintures, lits et literie.
Quartier calme sans être isolé,
.à 200m le centre du village: avec pharmacie, infirmier, dentiste, docteur, kiné, boulanger patissier, coiffeur, fleuriste, mairie, poste.
Andilly est à 6km de Marans, de Dompierre-sur-mer,à 14 km de la Rochelle,
pas de wifi avec un code privé, mais CONNEXIONS mobiles POSSIBLES .
chiens acceptés s'ils sont bien éduqués, propres, après accord avec l’hôte, avec supplément de 6e /jour. jardin 250m2, clos, à laisser propre.
Et s'il manque un petit quelque chose, s'il y a une question, le propriétaire n'est pas loin.
