Description

E6 Atlantic Bay is a 2 bedroom apartment right by the stunning Perranporth beach, no need to even cross the road! also less than a 2 minute walk from the town.

The first floor apartment has a modern kitchen with a range of units, integrated oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine, leading to the lounge/diner with wooden flooring a table and 4 chairs, 2 leather sofas with flat screen smart tv. 1 double bedded bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 full size single beds. The Shower room has a big corner shower, wash basin and toilet.

An allocated parking space is also included.

Please note as of 01/01/20 a new restriction has come in on the car park that maximum size of vehicles are 5.5m long and 2.2m high (this covers transits and transporters)

Bed linen is included.

Please bring your own towels

The electricity is not included, there is a key meter and instructions to use are in the apartment.
