* Keep the unit clean at all times. Treat it as your own property.

* Strictly no smoking inside the unit. You can smoke in the balcony instead.

REMINDERS:

You have chosen to stay in a condominium unit and not in a hotel or backpacker hostel. We don't have 24 hour room service but we will try our best to cater your request as soon as we can.

KITCHEN:

Cooking of food is allowed using the induction cooker but limited to simple and easy to prepare. No cooking of dried fish and other long lasting stinky food. The kitchen area is where you consume all your meals. It is prohibited to take your meals into your bed.

You can buy any drinks or snacks inside the fridge for a reasonable price. Just inform the caretaker upon check-out.

HOUSEKEEPING:

For long nights stay, request of unit cleaning is available one day ahead with a minimal fee of Php250 pesos. Bed sheet, blankets and towels are changed every 4-5 days free of charge. We will clean the condo unit as well after changing.

FURNITURE/APPLIANCES:

Guests have to respect the set-up or arrangement of the unit. We don't allow furniture or appliances to be moved from its original location and put it elsewhere.

INTERNET:

It is strictly forbidden to surf any pornographic, anti democratic, or any other inappropriate websites. Please refrain from downloading and uploading big files.

KEYS:

Lock the main door once you leave the unit.

For lost key, you will be charge Php 2,000.00 for the door knob replacement.
