You are honorably invited! Luxuriousness of Condo with 24-hour check-in and friendly host services. Clean room, comfly bed, strong showers, and good location (close to MRT Lat Phrao surrounded by many food stalls). Including unlimited private high speed WiFi internet, entertainment systems, and toiletries (shampoo, soap, powder, and paper) with free of charge. Easy to go around with MRT rapid train and our on-demand cab/taxi service - we arrange a cab/taxi to pick you up right at your doorstep.

The space size is 60 sqm (~646 square foot) with simply design and built-in Bluetooth sound system. Panoramic pool and fitness views, on the 3rd floor low-rise building over the pool, are beautiful and worth to rent alone. The building is quiet, and safe. It is located in Chatachak district (in Bangkok), not too far from Central Plaza shopping center at Lat Phrao, Suanlum Night Bazaar at Ratchadaphisek, Union Mall, Chatuchak weekend market, and Thailand Exhibition Center at Ratchadaphisek.

We care what you drink. That's why we always clean drinking water filters in a room before you arrive. In fact, we have Pure water purification system installed in a room. You can turn it on anytime when you need drinking water.

The space consists of a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, hotplates, pots, pans, electric stoves, a hood for air ventilation, and utensils to cook up a homemade meal. The living room has 40-inch TV (with Premium Digital Entertainment System consisting of many local as well as international TV channels, and hundreds of English/Asian Movies), a couch, a built-in cabinet, and a dinning table with chairs. In a Master bedroom, there are a closet, and a dressing table. In a Secondary bedroom, there is a closet with panoramic pool views.

The room has 3 air conditioners for cool comfort after exploiting hot Thailand, and secured digital key cards for accessing the main condominium entrance, the elevator, and the room. Furthermore, private unlimited high speed Cable Internet WiFi inside a room is available as complimentary service with no extra charges.

There is 1 premium quality queen-sized pocket-spring mattress; the advantages are exceptional spinal support, adapts to the movement and contours of the body, responsible for completely undisturbed sleep, and etc. (For 4-guest reservation, floor mattress could be folded out for the forth person.)

We have supplied for your convenience two special services. Firstly, we will call taxi service on your request, to comfort your transportation, with on-demand pickup/delivery right to your door. Secondary, we will give you beauty advice and home professional skin treatment, as requested, from our beauty specialist. You are well on your way to some serious skin recovery after exposing direct hot sunlight in Thailand.

The building is safe and is considered upmarket for the general Thai people. Tenants are primary professional Thais, Asian expats, and white expats in Bangkok. There are security guards on entry 24 hours a day, and access is by digital key-card only.

Don't worry we will try our best to give you an answer of all your concerned questions or problems. We can arrange a maid service with small fee per visit. We can also get you vehicle parking permit ready when you arrive with no extra charges. No need to contact us for bookings. Just use the calendar and choose any dates you require. The keys are always available upon arrival. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We generally respond right away.
