L'APPARTAMENTO OCEANO is a beautiful 90m2 apartment, recently renovated and composed of 2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed (1.5 square), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with bath and hydromassage shower) and terrace with magnificent sea view and outdoor furniture. It is located on the 2nd floor of the Villa. THE OCEAN APARTMENT has an extremely elegant and refined environment, embellished with Vietri sul Mare majolica made and painted entirely by hand. It can accommodate up to 5 people and offers every kind of comfort: air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cot (on request). Guests of the OCEAN APARTMENT can take advantage of large outdoor spaces and shared services (all free of charge): private parking, swimming pool (open from 17 May to 18 October), solarium, children's play area, large garden and vegetable garden where products are grown local, barbecue (on request). HOUSE RULES: bathroom, gas, electricity, one set of towels on arrival, one set of towels per person, Wi-Fi internet, parking, swimming pool (open from 17th May to 18th October), change of towels and cleaning at weekdays (for stays over 7 nights), cot Services: 1) Tourist Tax of € 2 per person per night (excl. minor of 18 yo , max of 5 days, from 01 April to 31 October). 2) Final cleaning: € 50.00 per apartment 3) Air condition or Heating is available on request at an additional coast. Please note: The apartments can be rented separately. In this case, the structure can be shared by other guests and then the pool will be shared.
