This stylishly decorated Classic Southampton Home is perfectly located in the historic and scenic town of Southampton. Only a short 5-minute drive to the Southampton Village with all the wonderful restaurants and small shops. Nestled in a quiet parkland setting with a private tree-lined yard, this getaway has all the privacy you could want/need. A beautiful built-in pool and jacuzzi await you.
Enjoy this 5-bedroom home with 3 full-sized bathrooms. Out of these, 3 rooms are equipped with king-size beds, the fourth room has a king-size bed along with a twin-sized couch that can be used as a bed, and the fifth room has two twin-sized beds. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is good for preparing the perfect meal during your stay with us. The dining room table is well-suited for hosting a group of 10 guests, providing ample seating space. The glass door by the kitchen area provides access to the huge deck. Another dining table is available in the deck area with a gas BBQ grill.
This property has a private outdoor pool and hot tub/jacuzzi available for our guests. There is also a large hot and cold outdoor shower area by the pool. The fire pit is set back in the yard.
The home is centrally located in Southampton, seven minutes to Cooper's Beach, rated one of the best beaches in America.
When you reserve a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including WIFI and cable TV, but nearly all of our homes also come with so much more. Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards, and fully immerse in the beach experience.
You are free to explore local destinations including vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. A 5-star restaurant is just minutes away as well as the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island.
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
