ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Beach Palms 2A is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo that sleeps 6 with a view of the water from every room, a boat and fishing dock, heated pool, 2 balconies west and east, and 2 parking spots. The east balcony directly over looks the Bay and fishing dock and is accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and master bedroom, while the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches are 125 yards to the west. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway on the east side of the condo and the pool and Gulf of Mexico on the west side of the condo.
Amenities include sherry stained oak cupboards, HD television with over 200 channels, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, family ready kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board.
Beach Palms 2a has Remote Keyless Locks, Ultra High Speed Wifi, ceiling fans in every room, alarm clocks, patio furniture, beach chairs, beach toys, outdoor shower, plus two private sheltered parking spots to keep your car out of the intense Florida sun.
The Anna Maria Island Beach Palms is located with-in walking distance of Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants, beach shops, gift shops, shell shops, boutiques and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge St. that leads right out onto the pier, famous for strolling, fishing and eating and the restaurant at the end of the pier.
The free trolley stops right in front of the Beach Palms 2A and will tak you anywhere on the island you desire including the "Publix Grocery Store" located just a few stops from the front door.

A signed lease agreement is a requirement.

OCCUPANCY
Occupancy is restricted to the number of guests clearly stated in the lease agreement. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without compensation as per the lease agreement. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
NOISE ORDINANCE
The island does have a noise ordinance after 10pm, this ordinance pertains to any loud music or loud sounds coming from the property after this hour. If the police or the management company is called due to the renters disturbing the peace we do reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately.

Arrivals: On or after 3pm Departure: by 10 am
PETS
No animals or reptiles of any description will be kept in or on premises. Violation of this policy will result in a $500.00 special cleaning charge applied to your credit card on file and immediate eviction without compensation.
SMOKING
All our accommodations are SMOKE-FREE. The TENANT agrees to restrict any smoking to the outdoors. Smoking inside the condo, house or on the balconies is not permitted.
