Description
Very nice completely renovated apartment with all new furniture and technics. It has 2 bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen with dining area. Big terrace with BBQ place. We do have Wi-Fi and safe box. Car is not necessary for comfort staying. All infrastructure is in walking distance - bars, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, bus station. Fañabé beach is in 5 minutes walking distance. Suitable for wheelchair.

“great apartment”
what a gentleman igor is nothing is to much trouble for him met from taxi showed us to the apartment showed where keys and safe is apartment lovely and clean plenty of towels bedding very spacious up to 6 people comfortable.great location for pubs and restaurants 5mins walk to beach thank you very much igor

“Let down, not worth the money comparing against others.”
6th time in Tenerife. booked this apartment for a 3 night 4 day break, Initially thought it was ok. although the advert showed the apartment had a sea view, in actual fact it didn't. Second day saw bugs all over kitchen tops. Igor attended while we were out, sprayed and left the spray. Next morning the kitchen flooded due to pipe under sink coming away. Igor was very defensive and kept repeating this had never happened before, I'm sure that's true, however was not really the response I expected and felt the phone call with Igor frosty. Might as well have stayed in a hotel. Found bugs in our sugar, couldn't use the kitchen at all. Sofa looked stained so we put a sheet over it.
