John A-B villa is built on a hill at Pano Stalos at Chania Crete Greece, with a panoramic view of Chania gulf. It is constructed under high standards and it is dominated by the strong presence at local elements and a wonderful view. The villa also has jacuzzi, satelite TV, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, air condition, telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, safe box, stereo music and private parking.
The villa offers a friendly environment and you will definitely enjoy your stay there. The villa is suitable for family vacations and for those who want to have superb unforgettable holidays. Actually, there are 2 independent villas in one building that provide 3 bedrooms each. There are 2 private swimming pools, 2 gardens and it is 5 minutes from the sandy beach of Stalos, Chania.
Each villa has its own private outdoor area. John A Villa has a 45 sqm private pool with integral children’s pool and a spacious covered area where a barbecue, a traditional stone oven and a garden set are found. John B Villa has a 45 sqm private pool with an integral children’s pool and a jacuzzi area. This villa also has a covered barbecue area. Both outdoor areas have wonderful panoramic view. When the night comes the lights of Chania offer a stunning view.
John A Villa consists of the second and third floor. The main entrance opens to the second floor and to a sunlit cozy sitting / dining area. This area with the fireplace is traditional furnished. The fully equipped kitchen and a wc are on the same floor. Stairs lead to the second floor where three bedrooms – a double and two twin - and two bathrooms are found. One of the bathrooms is ensuited to the double bedroom. All bedrooms have balconies with panoramic view.
The entire first floor is John B Villa. This villa consists of a traditional sitting / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are double, while the third one is twin. This one has an ensuite bathroom and French doors leading to the terrace and the pool. The 13th and 14th person will sleel in sofa bed or extra bed.

John A-B villa is located in Pano Stalos village in Agia Marina famous area, Chania Crete. A perfect spot for your holidays in Crete, only 2km from the sandy beach of Stalos, 3km of Agia Marina Beach and a few minutes drive from restaurants, shops, super markets, cafe, bars, clubs and playgrounds. The villa is built on a hill with a panoramic view of Chania gulf. The villa is about 1km away from the village of Pano Stalos where you can find super-market, taverns, restaurants and various stores. Pano Stalos is an authentic Cretan village which boasts excellent tavernas, all serve delicious local cuisine.
This peaceful village has views of the White Mountains and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. At the bottom of the hill, some 5 minutes away by car, close to the sea shore is Kato Stalos. In contrast to the more peaceful Pano Stalos, Kato Stalos has plenty of bars, tavernas, and restaurants.
There are excellent facilities here, banks, hotels supermarkets and businesses offering excursions to the Samaria gorge, the Palace of Knossos and other local touristspots.Agia Marina a delightful village situated on the northwest coast of Crete, and is a famous tourist attraction. Its long sandy beaches and crystal clear waters makes this an ideal holiday location for young and old alike. Why not try jet-skiing, snorkelling, brave a para-flight, take a boat trip or just swim and soak up the sun and relax. Agia Marina located 9km west of Chania City. Nightclubs, cocktail bars, music bars are all available for your entertainment and pleasure. Enjoy an evening ofCretan dancing and music.
