Description

This is your Miramar Melrose Place and a great time to meet other travelers. Very spacious remodeled 1,500 square feet 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom Pool Home, Chef's Kitchen, attached large Laundry Room, & Circular Driveway.

This sunny home is open and bright offering amazing pool views from the kitchen. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinets and counter space with a large island for food prepping. There are also 2 large pantries. Living room is equipped with a 55-inch flat screen 3D HDTV, Sofa, chair, desk area and ceiling fan.

Dining table which can sit up to 8 guests comfortably plus the kitchen's counter top for 4 additional guests; great for family dinners. Both bedrooms are very spacious with generous closet space.

The front porch and back patio offers quaint sitting areas, this is a just the place to feel at home.

Home currently sleeps four and two additional guests can be accommodated with twin size beds for an additional fee. Fee will be charged depending on length of stay, please inquire.

Bedroom set-up:

Br 1 --Queen Bed with a walk-in closet

Br 2 -- Queen Bed with wall to wall closet and TV

Queen size inflatable bed will be provided for up to 2 additional guests.

Please know that this Home there is a rear attached cottage which is rented separated to other vacationers just like you. The cottage offers no interior connection to the main home or vice versa. The laundry room and pool area are shared spaces with the cottage. There is a laundry schedule in place for easy sharing.

The house is located in a residential area, 3 minutes from the Florida Turnpike, 5 to 15-minute drive from most amenities (Publix, Pembroke Lakes Mall, and LA Fitness). Hollywood Beach including the well-known Margarita Hollywood Beach Resort is only 15-20 minutes from the home and Hard Rock is only 10 minutes.

Other information:

The Laundry room (no charge), mini-workout area, and pool area are shared spaces with the cottage. A schedule is in place for easy sharing.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

How do damage deposits work?
