Peaceful home (2bed/2bath) nestled in quiet bush, near a beautiful riverside Neighborhood. We offer our guests a Queen bedroom with a bathroom (may be shared with other visitors - if any but Not with your host). This is a homestay including breakfast.
Prepared meals and pick up drop off from airport may be available only with arrangement.
20 minutes drive/train to central Wellington,Native bush walks with wild life, Quiet location, Situated near hill/native bush/river

A beautiful, safe and quite neighborhood, unlimited Broaband/wifi, charming house; we live next to beautiful native bush setting, numerous splendid tracks, Waiwhetu Stream, near Woburn Train Station; windows look out through picturesque panes, garden with organic herbs n Lanterns, friendly hosts, well-traveled, quite and clean, perfect for short holiday or business trips.
Light airy upstairs room with afternoon sun and a good view. Queen size bed with new mattress and electric blanket in winter. The window looks out through picturesque panes, a pretty garden, 30 min by car, train to Wellington.
Your shower and toilet downstairs. Kitchen for snacks and drinks. Lounge, garden (when the weather invites) for conversations.
Netflix available, No TV, unlimited broadband internet available.
Use of washing machine by arrangement (weather dependent as there is no dryer).
If our other visitors/guests need, they may access your bathroom but we are happy to clean afterwards if necessary.
Breakfast may be arranged according to your diet - Options include tea/coffee, muesli, toast, milk, fruits. Guests are free to share our living space.
Very quiet and beautiful with ducks, black swans, rabbits, wild birds near the river. We don't guarantee interactions with wild life but they are around most of the time. many native bush walks. Café Iwi, 5 minutes stroll away along the riverside (open till 3pm).
Note: lots of free off street parking. Bus and train station 10 min walk away.

11 min walk away from Waiwhetu - Wainui Rd (near 50) Take Bus 160 (Wainuiomata North - Lower Hutt) for 8 mins to arrive in Westfield Queensgate for shopping center, banks, post shop, etc.
To reach airport from our place, follow step B above- then from Westfield Queensgate Take Bus 91 (Airport Flyer (Queensgate - City - Airport)) at for 50 mins (7 zones)

There are commuter buses and Woburn train station is 10 min walk away. Waiwhetu Marae is 3 min walk away by the beautiful waiwhetu stream.
This place is not suitable for children and pets, No loud night events or visitors after 9 pm. Strictly no smoking.
Free Off street parking, Woburn train station 10 min walk away, bus stops 5 min walk away. By 15 min car drive access Petone Beach & museum and visit Eastbourne's breathtaking beaches and bays.
