This recently updated Bluffs Villa is located in the heart of South Beach at the tip of Sea Pines Plantation. 1697 The Bluffs, a 2BR / 2BA villa, is the perfect location for couples or families that want to have fun on Hilton Head. Whether you choose to spend a day at the beach - a 3 minute walk, or at the pool - a 2 minute walk or an excursion trip from the Marina - a 3 minute walk, or lunch, drinks, dinner at The Salty Dog Cafe - a 2 minute walk, you can park your car for the duration of your stay!

This third level villa has been renovated in the spring of 2017 with new flooring, furniture, paint, & bathrooms. The family room is set up for total relaxation with a sectional sleeper sofa and opens to a covered deck that allows for a peaceful morning or evening with family or friends. The comfortable dining area is perfect for the home cooked meals, or a great place to play games and enjoy your company.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and an on-suite master bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is set up with two twin beds. The second bathroom is off of the main hallway and has a single vanity and shower over tub.

The sectional sofa in the family room opens to a Queen Size sleeper for the additional guests in this villa that sleeps six.

This clean and well taken care of villa has a stackable washer and dryer and a completely stocked kitchen with every thing you'd expect from a well appointed vacation rental. The Bluffs Villa complex is not equipped with elevators and accessed by stairs only.

This South Beach location is one of the most sought after locations on Hilton Head - One stay in this villa and you will understand why guests love the Bluffs.

All of Low Country Coastal Rental Properties have both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. Each property will have kitchen towels, dish clothes or sponge, hot pads and starter supply of soaps, detergents, paper products and trash bags intended to only last a few days. Each bedroom and bathroom will have sheets & towels already on the beds, individual size soaps and shampoo and a hairdryer for your use.

House Rules:

No Smoking / No Pets - No Exceptions.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

BEACH PARKING for Sea Pines Beach Club. (Most guests access the beach directly across the street from Bluffs VIllas)

Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between March 20, 2022 – September 7, 2022, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at *******************, and we will include information in the welcome packet provided with your reservation. One pick up spot for the trolley is directly in front of South Beach Marina - a 3 minute walk from this unit.

How do damage deposits work?
