Description

Holiday where the ocean meets the lake.

Unit 8 "The Outlook" is right on the water and situated on the second floor looking into the tree canopy and across the pool to the lake.. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and en suite with a walk in shower and a toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and a shower over the bath and a toilet. There is a modern laundry and kitchen with a glass cooktop and oven. The lounge / dining has a three seater couch and two comfortable arm chairs and a smart TV. The dining table seats six. There are two fans for summer and heaters for winter. A lift brings guests from the underground, secure car park.

Linen included. This property comes supplied with all linen provided and beds made.

There are many restaurants, nearby at Currimundi, Wurtulla, and Bokarina as well as Woolworths, IGA and takeaways. There is a brand new large shopping centre at Bokarina not far from Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Caloundra central business district and shops are just a few kilometres to the south.

This unit is a family friendly unit beside the lake. A children's playground, bbqs, and picnic tables are out the front. Overlooking the lake's entrance is a coffee shop and a cafe. There are many walking and bike riding pathways around the lake and surrounding areas. Walk along the two kilometre stretch of sand to Dicky Beach and return via the walking trail surrounded by coastal heath, Banksias, Acacias, Melaleucas, and many more. Watch the Black Cockatoos feeding in season. Bring a canoe or kayak and explore the canoe trail. Stand up paddle boards are for hire at the local coffee shop.
