Our property is located in the heart of Rome, a few hundred meters from the Vatican walls. In a few minutes away by foot St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums. The Metro stop "Ottaviano" is a five minute walk (700m) and just below the house there is the bus stop "Giuliana- Grazioli Lante"

(Stop ID 70198, Bus lines 23 and 70).

The apartment consists of three double bedrooms, each one with its own en suite bathroom. All the beds are King size, 180x200cm. All the bathrooms have the shower with "chromoterapy". The three rooms share a small but well-equipped kitchen, with Coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and many cooking tools. In the kitchen we provide a "welcome kit" with coffee pods, tea and tisane bags, yogurt, croissants, etc.

The rooms and bathrooms are perfectly soundproofed, and once inside, you can relax in peace and silence. The rooms are on the third floor, are bright and overlook the street. Each room has its own large flat TV, two rooms have a "curved " 42 " and one a 32" Full HD. All rooms have their indipendent Air Conditioning system. The WIFI is free. In two of the three rooms is possible, with a small fee, to have an additional single bed. Cribs for babies under 3yo are provided free of charge.

We love to interact with guests. We speak natively Portuguese and Italian, and we make our best to communicate in English. We are happy to share all of our knowledge about Roma and its secrets, as well about the Italian Lifestyle. We will be happy to answer to your questions and to suggest the right places and right persons.

If you may need or wish it, we are available to add other services, like Station/Airport lifts, wine and out of city tours.

Me and my husband Marco have a nice restaurant, "StrEATart Ristofamily" (The art of the street food, wonderful place for families and young people). It is at 10Km from the B&B, but all of our guest will have a special rate and service if they will come for lunch or dinner.

We don't have specific rules if not the ones of the "Common Sense". We ask to respect the apartment, the other guests of the B&B and the other persons living in the building. Smoking is not allowed. Although we love the dogs, pets are not allowed. Parties not allowed.
