A unique modern large cottage conversion that sleeps upto 12 people. Based at the heart of Scotland central belt you have easy access to all tourist locations and cities such as Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Prestwick, Ayr, Carlisle. A luxury house with 5 bedrooms, a large 14 x 8 metres lounge kitchen area, large scenic games room with full size snooker table, gym, steam room, indoor hotub. Wake up in the morning to beautiful scenery from the balcony. All balcony bedrooms have ensuite and the main bedroom has the most stunning ensuite and includes shower and a whirlpool.

The house is beautifully decorated throughout. It is situated in a location which seems like you are miles away from the hussle and bussle of city life but you are only minutes away to access large shopping stores.

For the very best in shopping in Scotland you are less than 15 minutes from East Kilbride shopping centre. Only 30 minutes drive to SIlverburn and the Forte. Just over 30 minutes you will be in the famous Glasgow city centre or Breahead shopping centre. Towards Edinburgh you will come to famous Livingston Outlet. Edinburgh is just over and hour.

The large house is ideal for family gatherings, small wedding functions, birthday parties, Christmas and New Years gatherings, corporate functions or even for small groups who would like to live in complete luxury as a getaway. The unique kitchen bar with large lounge and open games room makes it the perfect interaction location in the house for all.

“Great stay!”

We had booked this for my friends hen party, only staying one night due to availability of the guests. We had really good correspondence with Rashid about payments etc and were really impressed about the cost given how grand the house is. My friend really loved the house and so did the guests, hot tub was a great bonus! Everything was perfect from the location, view and price. Only negative feedback I would give would be from the stress of being told we were double booked 4 weeks before our night away. I had booked the accommodation back in October directly with Rashid, and was told the other party had it booked in before us so we would need to change. During my communications, not once did the management advise of this other booking, stating it was a problem with their online booking system. This caused alot of distress as we couldn't find another accommodation in such a short period of time, we would have been out of pocket and also my friend wouldn't have had her hen party. All wouldve be been ruined! I'm glad Rashid was able to accommodate us in the end and hopefully the online booking system is now fixed!

How do damage deposits work?
