Description

Circondata da un paesaggio meraviglioso, questa villa, nella parte settentrionale delle Marche, offre la possibilità di godere della massima tranquillità, nella quiete più assoluta.

Il paese più vicino si trova a 2 chilometri, ma poco più distante è possibile visitare i borghi di Mondavio, Fratte Rosa e Sorbolongo. Per raggiungere la costa adriatica e le sue spiagge più vicine (Fano, Marotta e Senigallia) sono necessari solo 20 minuti d'auto.

Esternamente, vicino all'ingresso della villa, è presente un forno a legna ed un comodo barbecue, che insieme ad un enorme tavolo in legno grezzo permettono di gustare all'aperto i piatti tipici della zona. Da qui, con un comodo percorso, si arriva ad una terrazza naturale, in cui è stata realizzata una splendida piscina panoramica, completata da una vasca idromassaggio circolare del diametro di m. 3.

Il grande e articolato giardino ospita inoltre diversi spazi in cui rilassarsi: gazebi, tettoie, panchine nel verde ricco di olivi e cespugli tipici della zona. Nella campagna sottostante, un sentiero nel bosco conduce ad un percorso naturalistico ad anello per trekking a piedi e in mountain bike fino al fiume Rio Maggio.

La proprietà è completamente recintata. La villa è composta da due piani indipendenti.

Il vivace proprietario l'ha restaurata con grande amore e cura dei dettagli, sia internamente che esternamente. 

Il piano terra ospita il soggiorno con un divano letto due posti, la grande cucina completamente attrezzata, una camera con un letto matrimoniale e un letto per bambini, una camera singola, una camera con due letti singoli e due bagni, uno con doccia ed uno con vasca.

Le stanze del piano terra sono dotate di aria condizionata.

Una terrazza panoramica permette di fare abbondanti colazioni godendo dello stupendo panorama delle colline marchigiane.

Il piano inferiore, ombreggiato da un portico, ospita una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia con letti unibili, una stanza di passaggio con un letto matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia.

Il prezzo di affitto include:

proprietà consegnata completamente pulita e corredata di biancheria e asciugamani; cambio di biancheria settimanale; utenze (elettricità - acqua - gas per uso cucina); Wi-Fi; aria condizionata; pulizia giardino e piscina; uso biciclette; polizza "Easy Rent" (copertura assicurativa aggiuntiva per danni accidentali all'immobile, fino al massimale di € 3.000,00 e con le limitazioni previste).
