Description

Church lane Cottage is a light and airy detached cottage with everything you need including the much needed parking in Mevagissey.

There is a lounge with separate dining room and a conservatory overlooking the private decked garden. The well equipped kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs there are two bright and cheerful bedrooms, one double and one twin which can be converted to a suoperking double at you request, and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower.

There is Wifi throughout, Smart TV's in the lounge and bedrooms allowing access on the Quick internet to watch Films etc on your Netflix, Amazon or any other TV service provider.

Playstation 2, Stereo Hifi with CD and Bluetooth audio link, so you can stream your own music from your device in the lounge.

We also have Alexa devices throughout the cottage and full central heating.

Outside, the good sized private garden is fully enclosed with Patio Table and chairs.

The property is just a short stroll to the harbour and the bustling village centre where you will find a selection of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, art galleries and the usual seaside fayre. In walking distance to the beach.

The Cottage has its own parking space next to it with the added convenience of an EV Chargeer for those electric cars.

“Beautiful Cottage”

This is one of the best cottages we’ve stayed in here in Mevagissey. It’s in a lovely location just a short walk down the hill ( only a few minutes walk) into Mevagissey front. The cottage it’s self is fabulous, everything you need , love the starter pack for the log burner, perfect for those cosy evenings in. There was even everything you need for that cup of tea or coffee your ready for after the journey down here( even a box of Cornish gingerbread biscuits). We have had a lovely relaxing week in the cottage , the dogs have loved it to. The massive bonus of The Cottage is the parking space next to it, we could reverse the car onto the drive and let the dogs straight into the lovely decked garden. We WILL be back next year!!!!!! Highly recommended this cottage❤️
