This all ground floor apartment is in the town of Kilrush and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.The Merchant's Store is an all ground floor converted shop in the town of Kilrush. The apartment sleeps four people in two double bedrooms. There is also an open plan living area with a galley kitchen, dining area and sitting areas. Completing the accommodation is a basin and WC and a bathroom with a freestanding bath. Set just a short walk from the local amenities and with original features throughout, this is a stunning apartment. The Merchant's Store is a lovely base for couples, a small family, or a couple of friends.

Amenities: Central heating powered by solid fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Saorview, WiFi, DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent April-Sept, 25 supplement payable directly to owner Oct-March. Starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Additional parking in FOC public car park close by. Courtyard garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Although all ground floor, there is one step up to the sitting area.
