Nestled on 7 beautiful acres at the base of Cove Mountain in a unique ranch like setting, A Kings Lodge is a magnificent log labin lodge with 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, which can sleep up to 24 and is located only 15 minutes from the parkway. This allows its guests to enjoy the serene nature surrounding of the lodge but still close enough to appreciate the amenities of town. A special perk of this rental is that the owners, The Reddell family, manage Blair's Valley Ranch right across the street and invite you to come on over, introduce yourself, and meet the adorable farm animals (horseback riding not provided). Flat, easy access provides stress free accessibility in the winter months as well.

Just through the front doors guests can relax in the sitting parlor next to the stone fireplace or enjoy a good conversation or watch a little TV on the comfortable and stylish couches in the living area. If cooking is more your thing, A Kings Lodge boasts a kitchen fit for a king. Modern appliances, fully equip kitchen, granite counter tops and seating for at least 20 the kitchen at this lodge will host grand feasts for even the largest of gatherings. After a night of food and fellowship guests staying at A Kings Lodge can retire in one of the 3 kings size bedrooms each with their own 4 piece bathroom. If you prefer a more secluded sleeping quarters, you can head upstairs where you will find a king size bedroom with a day bed as well as a bedroom with a queen size bed. The jack and jill bathroom is bathroom is accessible by both bedrooms.

Back on the main level everyone will call "dibs" sleeping in the Ultimate bunkhouse and game room. Here you can find 6 bunk beds that sleep 12, a pool table, air hockey, large flat screen TV and fooseball. There is also an additional bathroom located between the bunkhouse and living room.

The outside living area of the lodge is as impressive as the inside. With an awesome deck for grilling, a hot tub to relax in and a brick fire ring to roast marshmallows around, enjoy the brand new horse shoe pit that was just installed A Kings Lodge has something to offer for all staying guests.

Getting around

You will need a car when traveling the smokys. When you get to town there is a trolley that goes from sevierville to gatlinburg.

Interaction with guest

We manage the horse ranch across from the lodge and live only couple of minute from the cabin so are available if anything might happen or go wrong. We know of a lot of attractions and good places to eat if you need a suggestion we want this to be the funnest vacation ever if we can help with that we would love to if we're at the ranch and you want to bring the kids by to say hi to the animals we can show you around.
